example progression we use for hurdle jumps. from the most basic through weighted vest depth jumps. helps develop hip flexor speed/power, explosiveness, reduces ground reaction times, alternative for athletes who don't like box jumps, and very fun to perform.

#1 = basic form & basic double leg jump
#2 = multiple double leg jumps - single response
#3 = single leg form (regular & sprinter) & jump
#4 = double leg skip jump
#5a = single leg skip jump (regular form)
#5b = single leg skip jump (sprinter form)
#6 = double leg jump - multiple response
#7a = single leg jump (regular form) - multiple response
#7b = single leg jump (sprinter form) - multiple response
#8 = double leg depth jump
#9 = single leg drop step jumps
#10 = single leg bound + single leg jump
