supplements for recoveryI'm a 36 year old wannabe athlete who loves to train hard. However, the one thing I notice as a get older is that it takes longer and longer to recover. Does anyone take any supplements that work well for them? Dave I would love to hear your input on this?

Dave, I'm going with your glutimine recommendation, I've only been using it for a few days so I really can't tell. I've been very happy with my strength numbers this summer. I squatted 515 from the racked position you showed me. It felt great. I also did my first mma workout this week. Had a blast. I haven't wrestled in almost 20 years.
