Speed, Footwork and Agility With Resistance Bands

You don't need any special footwork apparatus like in the video, you can just put some tape or chalk on the ground. Resistance bands are a great way to train and they are easily portable. That's why virtually all professional athletes are using resistance bands in their training programs. Everyone from the worlds #1 tennis player Roger Federer, to worlds #1 mixed martial arts fighter Fedor Emelianenko use resistance band training. This demonstration of footwork drills was done using a #4 Iron Woody Fitness band which provides 50-120 lbs of resistance depending on how far you are stretching it. (less)
