The Workout: All done non stop, time yourself (record your time) and
try to beat this time on each successive workout. Doing this workout once
a week for the next 4 weeks will be a good place start.
1. Jump over park bench (the bench that is on the side of softball /
baseball fields) x 30 reps
2. Burpee x 30 reps
3. forwards sled drag / backwards sled drag x 100 ft. each for 3 non
stop sets
4. sandbag zercher carry x 200 ft.
5. run x 200 ft.
6. sledge hammer across shoulder x 60 reps (switch top hand @ 30 reps)
7. 50 bodyweight squats
8. 50 push ups
9. 1 x max pull ups
