Grip Strength- Towel RDL'S
This video demonstrates how to integrate grip strength training into your routine.
There are two ways to utilize a towel: 1. Wrap it around the bar or db and grab the ends of the towel 2. Wrap it around the bar or db to make the handle thicker and grab the towel and the bar at once Grip strength builds the complete athlete as the hands are the endpoint of the kinetic chain.
