Sledgehammer Finger Walking
Sledgehammer Walking
Category Hand Health / Dexterity / Finger Strength Sledgehammer walking is a great restorative, warm-up or hand health specific exercises. There are two techniques: 1. One Hand Walking 2. Two Hand Walking Make sure when utilizing these exercises that you walk all the way up the handle and all the way back down. To add weight to the sledge, you can slide plates down the handle. The One Hand technique is much more difficult than it looks.
