Above is our conditioning after our workouts, we're on a 3 day template now with Friday being just strongman workout competitions like above with Keg tosses and tug of war added in
2 hour workout 1st hour weightroom 2nd hour conditioning with the above, My question is the progression and rep advice for the the conditioning after the workouts
